This policy applies to all courses, workshops, and training programs offered through techrinet.com. Please read it carefully before enrolling in any program.
Refund Eligibility
14-Day Money-Back Period
For most of our standard courses, you're eligible for a full refund if you request it within 14 days of purchase and meet the following conditions:
- You've completed less than 25% of the course content
- You haven't downloaded any course materials or certificates
- Your account shows no signs of content misuse or sharing
- You submit your refund request through the proper channels
Important Note About Course Access
Once you've accessed more than a quarter of the course or downloaded materials, we consider this active engagement with the content. At that point, refunds may not be available, though we're always happy to discuss alternatives if you're facing specific challenges.
Workshop Programs
Live workshops can be refunded up to 7 days before the start date. After that window closes, we typically can't offer refunds since we've allocated resources and instructor time.
Bundled Courses
Course bundles purchased at a discount follow the same 14-day window, but the refund applies to the entire bundle—not individual courses within it.
Corporate Training
Custom corporate training programs have separate agreements. Refund terms depend on the specific contract and are negotiated individually.
How to Request a Refund
Contact Our Support Team
Email us at contact@techrinet.com with your course details and reason for the refund request. Be specific about what didn't work for you—it helps us improve.
Provide Necessary Information
Include your order number, registered email address, and the name of the course. If you used a different payment method than what's on file, let us know.
Review and Verification
We'll check your account activity and confirm eligibility. This usually takes 2-3 business days. We might reach out if we need clarification or if there's an issue.
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds go back to your original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider—typically 5-10 business days for cards, longer for bank transfers.
What Happens After Approval
When we process your refund, your access to the course materials ends immediately. Any certificates or downloadable resources you've received will be revoked. If you change your mind later and want to re-enroll, you'll need to purchase the course again at the current price.
Non-Refundable Situations
There are some situations where we can't offer refunds. It's not that we don't want to help—it's that these scenarios involve resources we've already committed or content that's already been accessed:
- Requests made after the 14-day window for standard courses
- Courses where you've completed more than 25% of the content
- Downloaded materials, certificates, or exclusive resources
- Live events or workshops within 7 days of the start date
- Promotional or heavily discounted courses marked as "final sale"
- Third-party certification exam fees (these go directly to certification bodies)
- Suspected violation of our terms of service or content sharing
Special Promotions and Sales
During special promotional periods (like Black Friday or anniversary sales), we sometimes offer courses at steep discounts with modified refund terms. These will be clearly marked at checkout.
If a course is marked "All Sales Final" or has specific refund restrictions, those terms override our standard policy for that purchase.

If you paid in a currency different from Vietnamese Dong, your refund will be processed in the original currency. However, exchange rate fluctuations between purchase and refund dates aren't our responsibility. Your bank or payment provider sets the final converted amount.
Alternatives to Refunds
Before requesting a refund, consider these alternatives. We've found that sometimes a course just isn't the right fit at the moment, but that doesn't mean we can't find a solution:
Course Transfer
Switch to a different course at the same price level. If there's a price difference, you'll either pay the extra or receive credit for future purchases.
Extended Access
Some students need more time. We can extend your access period or pause your enrollment if you're dealing with unexpected circumstances.
One-on-One Support
Struggling with specific concepts? We offer additional tutoring sessions that might help you get more value from your current course.
Technical Issues and Access Problems
When Technology Fails
If you're experiencing technical problems accessing course materials—like login issues, video streaming problems, or missing content—don't immediately request a refund. Contact our tech support first at contact@techrinet.com.
Most technical issues can be resolved within 24-48 hours. We'll extend your access period to compensate for any downtime caused by problems on our end. Refunds for technical issues are only considered if we can't resolve the problem within a reasonable timeframe.
Platform Compatibility
Our courses work on modern browsers and devices. If you're using outdated software or incompatible systems, we'll help you upgrade or find alternatives, but this doesn't automatically qualify for a refund since system requirements are listed on each course page.
Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with our refund decision, you can request a review. Email your appeal to contact@techrinet.com with "Refund Appeal" in the subject line. Include any additional context or documentation that supports your case.
A senior team member will review your situation within 5 business days. Their decision is final. We handle disputes on a case-by-case basis and occasionally make exceptions for extraordinary circumstances.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you file a chargeback with your credit card company without contacting us first, we'll immediately suspend your account access and cancel any active enrollments. Chargebacks cost us significant fees and create unnecessary complications.
Please talk to us before initiating a payment dispute. We're reasonable people and willing to work things out. Filing a chargeback while we're actively processing a legitimate refund request just makes everything more complicated for both of us.
Changes to This Policy
We review and update this refund policy periodically. When we make changes, we'll update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be announced via email to active students.
Changes to the refund policy don't affect courses you've already purchased—those remain subject to the policy in effect at the time of your purchase. New purchases fall under the current version of the policy.
